Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment of all invoices due shall be made payable to “The Change Consortium CIC” by cheque or transferred electronically by Bank Transfer. Only once payment has been received and will you be given access to services that you have purchased. If you change your mind after registering for a Directory listing, you have 21 days to cancel. This cancellation period starts from commencement date of the service purchased, unless the service has already been provided by us to you. Notification of your wish to cancel should be emailed to ThePod@thechangeconsortium.org
Renewals and refunds
You understand and agree that upon purchasing services or membership from our site, said services or membership will automatically renew on the date of expiration unless cancellation is requested in writing to The Change Consortium CIC prior to the expiration date. In such cases, the renewal shall be performed in accordance with the manner of payment originally chosen by you, at the price rate at the time of renewal. Written notification of this will be sent to you one month before the renewal date. All renewals that are allowed to proceed are non-refundable once the transactions are completed.You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us, with termination taking effect from the end of the term covered by the last payment made. If you require your Directory listing to be removed immediately, please contact us. A refund for the remaining period will not be offered.To cancel services brought from a third party via our site you must do so as per their terms and conditions. We are not liable for any cancellations or refunds made for services purchased from a third party via out site.
Removing a Listing
If you delete your Directory listing, this does not constitute a cancellation of your contract with us. Contract cancellation is a separate action and must be put in writing to us.
If you have a complaint or query regarding any aspect of our website and services provided including billing, please contact us by phone, email or letter including the nature of your complaint and your contact details. We will endeavour to respond to any complaint within 14 days of receipt.
Acceptable Use Policy
This acceptable use policy sets out the terms between you and us under which you may access our website (our site). This acceptable use policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, our site. Your use of our site means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the policies in this acceptable use policy, which supplement our terms of website use.

Customer Review Policy
Most businesses want to give their customers an opportunity to post complimentary reviews. Also, consumers want to help spread the word to others about their experiences.. All customer reviews are monitored for authenticity and to prevent the use of inappropriate language. Unless a review has broken our Terms of service it will not be removed from the site. If you genuinely feel that your business has been defamed and the comments are breaking our Terms of service, simply use please email ThePod@TheChangeConsortium.org and we will investigate this. We may temporarily
un-publish the review until the matter is resolved. We do encourage businesses to take the positive step of addressing complaints by replying to them on their Reviews page.
